Nowadays the lads spend most of their time performing overseas, however they are still based in Ayrshire, Scotland when they are home and have select dates available for weddings throughout Scotland.
Most people aren't aware that The MacDonald Bros still take weddings, but please be assured that they have performed at hundreds over the years and actually rate Weddings as one of their favourite gigs to perform!
ON THE DAY.....(8pm-12pm)
The MacDonald Bros will perform hits from their massive repertoire of classic floor fillers with something for everyone. Talented traditional musicians as well as accomplished pop performers they can deliver up to 45 mins of an incredibly lively ceilidh set to really get your guests going!
Long before they appeared on ITV's reality show, The MacDonald Bros were actually one of Ayrshire's best known wedding bands.
Their biggest advantage over other bands was not only being able to sing the hits from modern to classic, they also had the ability to pull out the accordion and fiddle halfway through the night and provide that "genuine" LIVE ceilidh experience.
